This was more or less character study and practice. I’m still in the process of coming up with a good cartoony design that I like, so he might change the next time I upload some art of him. No, he’s not going to regenerate. I’m not talking about that kinda change. ;-) Hehee!

I’ll confess… I am now an avid Whovian. The Doctor has stolen my hearts… I mean heart. :heart: :heart:

Oh, your mind is in for a thrill ride once you get into the 10th Doctor era. ;-) Hehehee! If you think the first season is mind-blowing, you haven't seen anything yet. Also... be prepared to cry, because there are a couple of parts that are just... I can't even...
